Dr. Rajshekhar Iyer is a distinguished medical professional with over 35 years of dedicated service as the Chief Medical Officer of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in advancing public health initiatives and has served on several Government of India National Committees for community health projects. He currently serves as the Medical Advisor to Aditya Birla Hospital, Pune, and has also chaired the Institutional Ethics Committee for Clinical Trials at the hospital, contributing significantly to ethical standards in medical research. In recognition of his exceptional leadership and contributions to public healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic, he was honoured as an Outstanding Health Professional by Forbes.
Mr. Aditya Shinde is an accomplished educationist, trainer, and educational administrator with over 22 years of experience in educational leadership, holistic learning, teacher training, counseling, and youth development. A pioneer in Panchakosha-based education, he has held several leadership positions at Jnana Prabodhini and has contributed extensively to institution building and educational innovation. He is a Member of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) for Tribal and Remote Areas under the Government of Maharashtra, Joint Secretary of Jnana Prabodhini Expansion Activities (Mumbai & Konkan Region), and Director at Envision Pvt. Ltd. A widely respected speaker and mentor, he has delivered over 200 lectures on Swami Vivekananda, co-edited a book on Panchakosha-based education, and has trained educators, parents, and students across Maharashtra, Goa, and several tribal and rural regions of India.
